Tennis star Aryna Sabalenka is the Mutua Madrid Open 2025 WTA singles champion. The Belarusian star has thwarted Coco Gauff to mark victory in the first clay court WTA 1000 tournament. Sabalenka showcased her beast form in the clay court tournament ahead of the French Open 2025.
She has also made it to the finals of the Stuttgart Open 2025 but lost against Jelena Ostapenko. However, she sealed her moment in the Spanish capital, Madrid, and went to lift the trophy to bolster the solid preparations for the second Grand Slam of the year. She already won Brisbane International and Miami Open titles earlier this year before registering a Madrid Open victory.

Meanwhile, the world number one was seen flaunting the Madrid Open 2025 trophy in a new TikTok video. This TikTok clip has widely been shared on social media, with fans hailing her attitude and aggressive style of playing against USA star in the final clash.
The world number one was seen hilariously consoling her opponent, Gauff, who visibly seemed upset after losing the title here. Sabalenka was seen cheering her in her post-match winning speech by stating that she hopes the duo plays many more finals like this.
“I’m sure we’ll play many more times in the finals. I hope I’m gonna get all of them, but I always enjoy fighting against you. You’re such a fighter. Happy to see you back. I saw she was struggling a little at the beginning of the year, and I’m happy she made it to the finals and is finding her rhythm," Aryna Sabalenka said to Coco Gauff after beating her in the Madrid final.
