1) Casper Ruud (Entry into Top 10)

Ruud had an impressive start to the year, which played a significant role in earning him his third appearance at the Nitto ATP Finals and finishing the season ranked World Number 6. He achieved a commendable 39-10 record by early June, including a standout victory at his career's biggest tournament in Barcelona.

In April, Ruud showcased his class with a series of dominant performances, capturing his maiden ATP 500 title in Barcelona. As the third seed, he managed to win the tournament without dropping a single set, demonstrating his skill and determination on the court. This victory not only marked his 11th tour-level title but also allowed him to gain satisfying revenge in the championship match.

Ruud dominated the European clay-court swing in 2024, following his impressive performances in Monte-Carlo and Barcelona with a triumphant third title at the Gonet Geneva Open. He ended the season as World number 6, a five place jump from last season.

2) Jack Draper (Entry into Top 20)

Jack Draper represents the future of British tennis at just 22 years old, having achieved significant milestones in 2024. He not only secured two ATP titles but also made an impressive run to the semi-finals of the US Open. Draper celebrated his second ATP title with a hard-fought straight-sets victory over Karen Khachanov in the final of the Erste Bank Open. 

His journey to success included reaching his first ATP Tour final in Sofia, followed by a second final in Adelaide. Further showcasing his talent, Draper reached a third ATP final on grass in Stuttgart, where he triumphed against Matteo Berrettini. He jumped 46 places to end the year as World Number 15.

3) Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (Entry into Top 50)

2024 was a groundbreaking year for Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, the 21-year-old Frenchman who made a powerful impact on the ATP Tour. Starting the year outside the top 200, he surged to an impressive #31 ranking by the end of the season. Perricard claimed two ATP Tour titles and three Challenger titles, firmly establishing himself as a formidable force in the game. His performance included a remarkable 19-11 win-loss record against top 100 ranked players, complemented by an astounding total of 532 aces, showcasing his prowess as one of the best servers on tour. He jumped a mammoth 176 places to end the season as World Number 31.
