Tennis Stars pick their favourite celebrities to invite at US Open

Coco Gauff, Iga Swiatek, Jannik Sinner, Taylor Fritz, and other tennis players have publicly stated the celebrities they would like to have as spectators at the 2024 US Open. Swiatek expressed her desire for Taylor Swift to attend, while Coco Gauff extended an invitation to Rihanna.

The US Open follows a tradition of hosting several global icons and sporting legends. In the last two editions, tennis stars showcased their skills before the likes of Michelle Obama, Zendaya, Justin Bieber, and Hailey Bieber at the Flushing Meadows. Fans are anticipating a similar showcase of tennis stars and other global celebrities at the Flushing Meadows in 2024.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Taylor Swift, Rihana and many others get US Open Invitation

Guess what? Tennis players were asked to name their dream celebrity guests for their matches, and Iga Swiatek, a huge fan of Taylor Swift, expressed her wish to have the global icon at the US Open. The World No. 1, who received a handwritten letter from Taylor Swift after winning the French Open, also invited Swift’s boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce, to attend the event. One can only expect the joy the couple would bring if they showed up during Swiatek's match.

"Taylor Swift and Travis. I want to invite Taylor Swift to come to the UA Open and enjoy tennis and the show," - Iga Swiatek said in a video for the US Open.

World number 3 and defending champion Coco Gauff expressed her desire to have Rihana at her match. The defending champion hilariously tried to convince the singer by conveying that she's been using her brand, Fenty Beauty’s lip gloss.

Gauff said - " Rihanan, hey RiRi ! Wanna Come to a match? Oh look, I'm wearing your lip gloss right now "

Meanwhile, Aryna Sabalenka chose Jim Carrey, Jannik Sinner went with Will Smith, and Taylor Fritz picked Cristiano Ronaldo. Stefanos Tsitsipas stuck with his favourite actress, Margot Robbie, while Jessica Pegula revealed her admiration for the Jonas Brothers.
