The Big Three were some of the best tennis players in the World and had dominated the game for a long time with some brilliant matches and won many major trophies. The best era of tennis which consisted of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic saw the sport have plenty of great moments which include 86 Grand Slam titles and great rivalries.

The player who was the first to be a massive threat to Roger Federer and start of the unforgettable era was Rafael Nadal. The Spaniard has given us some great performances throughout his incredible career, but this season has been very disappointing for him filled with underwhelming performances and fitness issues that have kept him out of the game for a long time. However, there are still some fans who are waiting to see the King of Clay return since the last time we saw him on the court was at the Paris Olympics.

Nadal to comeback in Davis Cup finals

There is no doubt that Nadal is in the last phase of his career and has not been the most active player on the cards and is not even among the top 100 ranked players in the World. There are still some fans who are waiting for Nadal to make a comeback in the Davis Cup which was also teased by Spain's captain David Ferrer. The fans will be pleased to know that he is named in the roster for the upcoming Davis Cup finals in November which is some great news for the King of Clay.

This is something that everyone will be waiting for since both the Spanish superstars Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz will be playing for their Nation and hoping to see the two perform. Nadal will most likely play doubles with Alcaraz as well which will be another opportunity for them to win something big after their Olympics campaign that saw the two bow out of the quarter-finals. The only question is whether will Nadal be a hundred percent for the World Cup of tennis.
