Rafael Nadal thanks Novak Djokovic for the last dance in Riyadh

King Of Clay Rafael Nadal thanked his longstanding rival Novak Djokovic through his Instagram story after their final dance in Riyadh during the Six Kings Slam. A nice and heartfelt message from the Spanish legend who played against the Serbian legend for the last time in the exhibition tournament in Riyadh.

The rivalry between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic gave us some of the best matches in tennis we have ever seen and have competed in over 60 matches against each other. The rivalry was brought back to life in the Six Kings Slam as well with Djokovic getting the better of Nadal. This was the last time we got to see the two battle and it was a joy to watch them for the last time before Nadal's eventual retirement from the game.

Nadal sends a message to Djokernole.

It was great to see Nadal and Novak Djokovic in the match and Djokovic had already thanked Nadal on social media cherishing their long-term rivalry throughout their career. Nadal was also quick to respond in his recent Instagram story where he thanked Djokovic as well and also sent a message in Serbian saying " Hvala Nole". It is safe to say that Nadal cherished the moments with Djokovic as much as the Serbian did. This was another heartfelt message from the King Of Clay to one of his biggest rivals in the sport.

These are some of the moments to cherish for both the players and we all are happy that we all got to see this rivalry which has only given us classic matches throughout the years. Novak is now the last remaining member of the big three and we all will be missing Nadal who will retire from the game next month after the Davis Cup finals. It is great to see that even though they had a fierce rivalry on the court they still have a lot of respect for each other.
