King Of Clay Rafael Nadal was gifted a Golden Tennis Racquet after his Six Kings Slam match against Novak Djokovic in Riyadh. A great gift for the Spanish legend before he retires from the game after the Davis Cup finals next month. The King Of Clay has been getting all the praise from the people.

The time finally came when Rafael Nadal announced his retirement from professional tennis and played one of his last few tournaments recently in Riyadh. The King Of Clay played his last game against Novak Djokovic and though Nadal did not emerge victorious, we still saw a glimpse of his brilliance in the second set where he gave a great fight to the Serbian in the tiebreaker. It was still great to see Nadal on the court after a long time and finish the tournament playing against one of his biggest rivals in the game.

Nadal was gifted golden racquet

There is no doubt we loved to see one of the biggest rivals in the game play against each other for one last time and the two also got their trophies, but Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud had saved up something special for El Nino as he gifts him a golden racquet during the trophy presentation. This was a great gesture by the officials who gave him a great token of appreciation and honored him for his contribution to the sport of tennis.

This shows how rich the legacy of Nadal is and how much people admire him around the world. Nadal will always be an iconic figure in the World of tennis and even though he is nearing retirement it will be a treat for the fans to see him on the court as much as possible.
