The hard court season has started already and there have been some players featuring in this season who are among the best in the world right now. Whenever we talk about some of the best players the name Novak Djokovic straight away pops up into our mind. The Serbian has also been on a high as well after finally winning a Gold medal for his nation in the Paris Olympics 2024.

Novak Djokovic though has finally completed a career Gold Slam this season  after the triumph in Paris, but there is still a long wait for him to get back on hard court as he has now gone on to withdraw from the Canadian Open this season which makes us think that he will be featuring in the upcoming Cincinnati Open which will be the last tournament before the most awaited US Open. There are now a lot of fans this season who want to see him on the hard court and get another triumphant victory.

Djokernole withdraws from Cincinnati

There would have been a lot of fans who will be waiting for Djokovic to feature in Cincinnati and get some games before playing the upcoming US Open, but unfortunately it looks like the wait has to be longer since the 24-time Grand Slam winner has withdrawn from this tournament as well. The tournament was set to take place from the 12th of August and Djokovic was also the defending champion as well which would have made this upcoming tournament even more exciting. There might be some great reasons to do this since we do not normally see Djokernole miss out on some tournaments.

There will be a lot of fans who will not agree with this decision, but we have to remember that Djokovic is not really at the peak of his career and he has been suffering from a devastating knee injury as well. There is still hope that he will be back on the court during the US Open which will be another big and major title he will be looking to defend. It is safe to say that the way he has found his form in Paris we are sure that number 25 might be coming our way as well.
