The Czech star player stated that he tried to stay focused, especially in the second set, as he knew Draper would be giving his best to stage his comeback to level up the game to take it to a decider set.
βThe most important thing today was the serve, that was key. I knew in the second set, it was going to be tough at the 30/30 moments and in the tie-break, so I just tried to stay focused. Iβm super glad that I kept the focus until the end,β Mensik said after the win.
