Jannik Sinner's lawyer Jamie Singer speaks on the WADA appeal which has reopened the case and their request to ban the World number 1 for two years. The tennis fans are not happy as they think that the legal team behind the Italian is downplaying the fault of Sinner who was acquitted on the grounds of no-fault and negligence on the matter.

This might have been a season where Jannik Sinner has been breaking records, but he has many obstacles on his way especially after two failed medical tests where there was Clostebol found in his bloodstream. These doping charges have put the World number 1 in a bad light and has continued to be a problem for him after the case has been reopened with the WADA appealing that he should be banned for two years.

While there are some fans who are supporting Sinner saying he is innocent, there is still some negative reactions regarding the situation. Sinner's lawyer Jamie Singer has also opened up on this appeal saying, "This request makes complete sense. No one, in fact, accuses Jannik Sinner of having benefited in his performances thanks to Clostebol. For this reason it would be unfair to penalize him in the ranking or in earnings."

This statement from Singer has not gone down well with the fans who think that he is downplaying the situation in favor of Sinner and believe that he should be punished for the amount of illegal substance found in his body. Sinner is currently having another good run in Beijing and will be hoping that this situation is kept to rest as soon as possible. We hope that none of this affects Sinner's  career which is currently on a high and he keeps dominating the game going forward.
