Tennis star Danielle Collins lashed out at her fans and fought with the cameraman after her great win over Victoria Azarenka during the quarterfinal match of the Italian Open 2024 in Rome. The 30-year-old is set to retire from the game in some time, but despite that, she seems to be in great form. In addition, the Florida-born star has reached three semi-finals in his last four marquee events.

However, during the game, Collins looked great, but she took a minor break when she was screaming out at the cameraman during the game. Notably, after some time, one of her fans seemed puzzled by her when she missed her first serve. Meanwhile, she somehow managed to maintain her cool and defeated Azarenka to set up her next match against Aryna Sabalenka.

The two players last met in the fourth round of the Mutua Madrid Open 2024, where Aryna Sabalenka defeated her by 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 and halted her winning 15-match streak. However, Sabalenka did carry great form in the Madrid Open, but she suffered a loss against Iga Swiatek in the final game.

Oh, God, what happened? ' That's just how I want to go down: Aryna Sabalenka

"I think it's important for me to feel like, 'OK, I got everything I could out of myself as an athlete, and end on a positive note, rather than being like, 'Oh, God, what happened? ' That's just how I want to go down," she expressed following her win over Azarenka.

"This has certainly been the biggest stretch of wins I've had in my career and I do think that because I've been making those improvements, it's led to me playing some of the best tennis that I've played so far, which is super rewarding because you go through periods where you might take three steps forward, and you might take four steps back some weeks. I think you have to be really happy for yourself in these moments because it doesn't always work out that way," she added further.
