The qualifiers will be coming to an end tomorrow and the day after that will be the main draw where the real tournament will begin.

One of the most awaited matches we all are waiting for is the match between Alexander Zverev and Rafael Nadal. This will be a great matchup between an upcoming star and the living legend of the game. It is a rarity that you get to see two big players battle it out during the first round of a Grand Slam tournament, but that is what will be happening tomorrow since it is also the first time Nadal will be playing as an unseeded player in a Grand Slam tournament.

Novak gives his opinion on the match

Many will be giving their opinions on the Roland Garros match between Alexander Zverev and Nadal which will be the talking point for every fan. Even current World number 1 Novak Djokovic has given his opinion on this first-round match-up and gives an honest statement on it saying, "Yes, I've seen it. Total spectacle. I'm excited to see that match, it will be a very interesting match. Zverev is in great shape, having won in Rome. On the court at Roland Garros, he is not the same Rafa that we are used to. It's Roland Garros, so we'll see what happens."

There might be a lot of fans who will be having problems with this statement since it seems like Novak Djokovic is indirectly saying Zverev will be the favourite to win this encounter, but we have to agree that there is some truth to it as well. Though we will be expecting a great contest, Zverev has had more game time and he has just won a title in Rome whereas Nadal has been struggling since his return.
