Zverev opens up on extra practice sessions
There is no doubt that Zverev is currently having a great run in the ATP Finals with two wins against Andrey Rublev and Casper Ruud. He is currently on top in the John Newcombe group and will most likely make it to the semi finals as well.
However, there are questions about his post match practice sessions to which he has revealed the reasons for this as well saying, "I want to develop my game further so I can compete with Jannik and Carlos. They're the ones that are winning Grand Slams and I want to be part of that group."
It is great to see the level of determination in Zverev who is still keeping his hopes alive for a Grand Slam title this season. The German has high hopes of competing with the likes of Sinner and Alcaraz who are currently the two biggest stars in tennis right now who have been winning major trophies.
We all hope that he finally gets his hands on Grand Slam title and go past the heartbreaking memories of his previous two Grand Slam final losses in his career.
