The Paris Olympics has just begun and right now we have already seen some great matches in the first round of the tennis event. However, it has been a series of straight victories so far, where we saw all the top stars just easily get through the first round and go through to the second round. All the big players have enjoyed dominant victories in their first game so far.

One of the most dominant victories was when Novak Djokovic completely dominated Australian Matthew Ebden in his first-round match beating him with scores of 6-0 and 6-1. The Serbian was completely in great touch as he only lost one game in the entire match. This was a humiliating loss for the Aussie which he suffered in his first game against one of the legendary figures in the game. It was safe to say that Ebden did not have a say in this match at all which completely belonged to the 24-time Grand Slam winner.

Ebden requesting fans to take his place

It is safe to say that this match was completely going Djokovic's way and Ebden was already showing signs of giving up in this game. The Aussie at one point was requesting the people in the crowd to take his place on the court against the Serbian legend. This was one of the most hilarious moments in the game where the frustrated Aussie had shown signs of nerves during the game. This was certainly not the way Ebden planned out his match against one of the biggest legends to ever grace the court.

Though we could see the funny side of this moment, we can also not stop feeling sad for the Australian who just returned to singles after 2 years. Ebden would not want to remember this game at all. There was no moment except for the one game he managed to win against the Serbian that was memorable at all. It is safe to say that this was a learning experience for him in the Paris Olympics.
