From scandalous coach sightings to the dream sports card collections, the drama and the glamour in this sport will never stop. Tennis stalwart Elena Rybakina has once again stirred controversy by posing for a photograph with WTA-suspended coach Stefan Vukov, raising bold eyebrows and questions about their relationship.
Despite Vukov's suspension for mistreating the 25-year-old star player many times on the WTA tours, this coach now seems to have found his way back into the inner circle, leaving tennis fans and analysts baffled.
The Kazakh star has once again ignited major controversy all over the world after she was seen with her suspended coach, Stefano Vukov, just days before leading her nation in the 2025 Billie Jean King Cup qualifiers in Brisbane, Australia.
While Vukov's suspension from the WTA does not allow him to make his way into the competition sites, his recent photograph with the former Wimbledon champion is set to raise big concerns and reignite rumors about their potential relationship both on and off the court.
Ahead of their Brisbane campaign, the 25-year-old star player was seen practicing on the hard courts of Dubai. This is the place where Rybakina took a photograph with Stefanos Vukov in a group photograph shared by her physiotherapist, Stefan Duell.
Elena Rybakina breaks the silence on Stefano Vukov's investigation process!
Just a few days back, the star player stated that she was extremely disappointed with the situation and how the process went off after her coach Vukov got banned. The 25-year-old star said that she wouldn't comment on such a matter and right now focuses on her matches. Concerns have been raised over many years concerning Vukov's behavior towards the Russian star, both on and off the field.
“I'm just disappointed with the situation and how the process went. I'm not going to comment much on that any more. I’m focusing on my matches, and when I go on the court, I'm thinking only about the way I need to play, so I'm concentrating on myself and also, of course, on the opponent. Definitely it's not the best time, but as I said, I'm always focusing on my matches and want to perform as best as I can," Elena Rybakina said.
