There is a long list of the storylines heading into this year's 2025 Australian Open. Isn't it right? Can ATP number three Carlos Alcaraz become the youngest player to complete the Grand Slam in the Australian Open 2025? Or the world number one, Jannik Sinner, who is currently surrounded by a doping saga, will be able to defend his title in Melbourne Park? Can the star player Alexander Zverev build on his magnificent 2024 year and finally win a major title in the forthcoming showpiece event?
However, despite the above question, the one thing which is on everyone's mind is Novak Djokovic's partnership with new coach and former tennis star Andy Murray. The Serbian legend announced in November that he is set to team up with a rival ahead of the first Grand Slam of this year, and on January 7, Tuesday was the day when the tennis pundits and fans were rewarded with glimpses of the pair on the practice court together in Melbourne.

Djokovic thwarted Alcaraz by 7-5 in intense training session in Melbourne
The 37-year-old tennis star is chasing a record-breaking Australian Open title and his 25th major, and he hit for the first time even on Margaret Court Arena, where he marked a 7-5 win against Carlos Alcaraz. Standing just close to him was Murray, who was providing advice to Novak Djokovic. This practice session will likely boost the preparation for the Australian Open 2025, which is slated to take place from January 15. The 37-year-old tennis star aims to win his 11th title in Melbourne Park while claiming his 25th Grand Slam title of his career.
