Tennis star Iga Swiatek showcased her stellar form in the first set as she won in 26 minutes and completed her 6-0, 6-2 second-round win against Rebecca Sramkova in an hour at the 2025 Australian Open on January 16. The world number two makes a habit of making it through the early rounds at the Grand Slams. The five-time major champion won 12% of her major sets by 6-0.

On the flip side, number 49-ranked Sramkova ended a seven-game losing run by holding the series on January 16. Despite that, the star player raised her arm to acknowledge the applause from the crowd at Melbourne Park.

He uses his experience. Besides the stuff we do on the court, we have a nice relationship and can talk about many things," Iga Swiatek said after beating Sramkova at the Australian Open.
