Tennis star Coco Gauff has defeated Leylah Fernandez in the third round of the 2025 Australian Open by 6-4, 6-2, and successfully placed in the thrilling fourth round of the first Grand Slam of the Year at the Margaret Court Arena at Melbourne Park on January 17.

The American star made a stunning start in the match and won the first set comfortably. She continued her dominance, sealing the spotlight and showcasing her beast form in the second set to mark a straight-set win in the showpiece event and make it to the fourth round.

Meanwhile, it's worth mentioning that Coco Gauff has made it to the fourth time quarterfinal of the Australian Open. This win also marked the eighth win of the USA star this year. She has won the last 21 matches out of her 23 matches.

However, the Canadian star staged her comeback in the second set, but the 20-year-old tennis star maintained her dominant run and marked the straight-sets win here also.
