'All scared of the goat'- Fans react to injured players in Novak Djokovic's Wimbledon draw

Wimbledon 2024 is currently in the last few days of the tournament and there are plenty of playoff games left in the tournament and we have seen some surprising inclusions in this Grand Slam event. It has been a tournament full of surprises and we all have seen some great matches in the quarter finals segment so far. This has been a tournament which all the major tennis fans have enjoyed.

The player that has surprised us the most this season is 7-tim Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic who has officially made it to his 13th Wimbledon semi final. The Serbian was not really the favorite to win the game as he was just coming back from Surgery into this tournament. He has still shown a lot of spirit and is continuing to play some great tennis despite his injury concerns. There have been some fans who have been talking about his draw as well and it has been an interesting story to talk about.

The injury list of the draw

There have been some shocking injury lists in Novak Djokovic's Wimbledon draw which also includes some great players in the set up as well. Djokovic easily made it through to the quarter finals where he had gone through most of the players and there was only one seeded player in Holger Rune in that draw. However, if you look at the players who were seeded in such a way to face Djokovic you will be surprised. The names of Hubert Hurkacz and Alexanader Zverev were all set to play against Djokernole, but had to bow out of the tournament due to injury.

Even Alex de Minaur who was supposed to play the 24-time Grand Slam winner in the quarter finals, but also had to pull out due to injury. This is one of the most rare coincidences which saw 3 Top 10 ranked players crash out of the tournament due to injury. This has got the fans on social media insane saying that Djokovic might have scared them away, while some say that he has been really lucky that he never had to play any of these top ranked players at all. This has really become a trending topic for everyone.
