The world knows about the two most outstanding players in their respective fields, Virat Kohli and Novak Djokovic. One belongs to the cricket field, and the other one belongs to the tennis court. While Kohli is known for his aggression, Djokovic is known for his resilience. They are the modern-day legends in their fields who have achieved almost all the feats possible. The Delhi-born player has played the game for over 16 years, while the Serbian player has been there for two decades.

There are several reasons why they are consistent in their game, the first being their love for their respective sport. Both players are pretty passionate about what they are doing, and that's one quality they have that is similar. Even after doing the same thing for years, they haven't gotten bored of it; they have evolved themselves as per the game's requirement. While we have seen Kohli getting aggressive on the field, the same is the case with Djokovic as well. In several instances, he has perfectly shown the opponent why he's ruling the game.

Another similarity between the players is how they answer the media. During an interview, Kohli said, 'Trolls don't matter to me because I've been doing this for 16 years now'. Similarly, Djokovic said, 'Listen, I have been on the tour for more than 20 years. I know all the tricks, I know how it works. I have played in much more hostile environments, trust me -– you guys can’t touch me.'

These are the few things that make them similar and separate them from the rest of the world. They know how to deal with situations and answer people who don't respect or value the sport or the players playing it. One of the most important things about being popular is dealing with critics and trolls; so far, the players have done it with ease.

India lift the T20 World Cup 2024 after 17 years

The wait for almost more than a decade ended for India when they won the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 in Barbados by defeating South Africa by seven runs. In the finals, India scored 176 runs in the first innings and set a target of 177 runs for the Proteas to chase. However, the South African batting attack wasn't as good as the bowling one. They lost some early wickets but somehow managed to take the game deep into the final five overs.

In the last 30 balls, they had just 30 runs to chase, which was run-a-ball. Apart from this, they also had two set batters on the crease: Henrich Klaasen and David Miller. However, destiny had other plans as both batters threw their wickets to Hardik Pandya in different overs, bringing India back into the attack. From 30 off 30 to winning the game by seven runs, it was a huge achievement for India. The cherry on the cake was remaining unbeaten in the tournament and winning the trophy. Thanks to bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya for helping India clinch victory from an unexpected point of the game.
