A few pleasant surprises were there in tonight's WWE NXT program, one of them being the return of Monday Night Raw standout Lyra Valkyria. That would be amazing in and of itself, but the fact that Valkyria came back makes it much better. TNA standout Rosemary and Tatum Paxley squared off on tonight's program, and Rosemary's buddy Wendy Choo was present at ringside to witness the action.
Since Choo and Tatum Paxley had been on opposite teams for some time, Choo and Rosemary would ultimately transform the contest into an all-out assault. At that moment, Valkyria unexpectedly reappeared and saved the day, bringing her old buddy from NXT back together. Paxley was shocked to see Valkyria there when she rushed outside and assisted in removing Choo and Rosemary from the ring. After giving Paxley some assistance getting up, Valkyria and Paxley embraced for a bit before Paxley sprang into Valkyria's arms.

Despite the fact that things didn't turn out as planned, Paxley firmly believed in Valkyria and cheered her on during her tenure as the NXT Women's Champion, thus she was quite disappointed by this. Things got out of hand because of Paxley's turn against Lyra Valkyria and his fixation with the Championship, and finally the two would fight in the ring. Following that, everything would keep building and keeping everyone guessing until Valkyria was moved to Monday Night Raw in conjunction with the WWE Draft.
WWE fans waiting for WWE Tag Team match
During a backstage promo following their first segment on tonight's NXT, Valkyria reminded Paxley that she hadn't forgotten either. Even though Valkyria acknowledged that they ended things poorly, she said she couldn't stop thinking about Paxley. She had to intervene while Paxley was being assaulted since she was unable to look away. After helping to calm Paxley down a little, she said that she was there to support her buddy and take on anybody who was out to get her.
For the time being, that's Choo and Rosemary, who during the last two weeks have quickly allied, giving Paxley some support. It seemed like an ideal match to have during next week's WWE Week on USA, but the issue is now when do we get the Tag Team match
