Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes gets featured in AEW Collision's promo

Cody Rhodes was featured in the latest promo on AEW Collision. It was all about the return of Hangman Adam Page who has been out of action for four months. In the video, the American Nightmare was seen in a photograph that featured the likes of the Elite and Kenny Omega. The promo has gone viral on the internet. The fans are sharing it on different social media platforms.

There have been reports about the potential return of Page to AEW. A small tease for the fans was demonstrated on AEW Collision. In the little promo, Page was captured from behind playing piano. There was a photograph in which a still was captured that had Cody, Kenny Omega, and the Elite in it. It seemed to be from the early days of the company.

The Undisputed WWE Champion was one of the finding members of AEW. The star wrestler served as an EVP of the company for nearly three years. Cody did a good job in promoting the company. After his contract came to an end, Rhodes decided to return to WWE. It took him a couple of years to become the world champion in the Stamford-based company. 

Cody Rhodes' bond with AEW and The Elite

When Rhodes was the EVP of AEW, the company grew to new heights. But as the company started to grow, Cody and his wife realized that it was not what they set to achieve. Hence, both Cody and Brandi moved away from AEW. The couple was in Philadelphia for WrestleMania XL, where Rhodes achieved what he always dreamt of - Becoming the world champion. Despite the imperfect ending, Cody Rhodes shares a good bond with AEW and its wrestlers.

The Elite, despite its controversial figure, has a mutual respect and admiration for Cody. Though both sides never joined hands, they share a good bond outside the ring. For his contribution to the company, Rhodes is remembered by AEW fans eve today. The latest promo showed why Cody is a different person than he was in the last decade or so.
