The WWE NXT No Mercy Gauntlet Eliminator Match, in which six women would compete for the chance to face Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT No Mercy, was eventually scheduled. Sol Ruca, Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey, Adriana Rizzo, and Brinley Reece who replaced Karmen Petrovich following an attack on her backstage were among the ladies who fought in that conflict.

Ruca and Parker were the last two women remaining after an exciting struggle; the two would come close many times until Parker clinched the deal and won. At No Mercy, Roxanne Perez and Parker will now compete for the NXT Women's Championship. Sol Ruca and Wren Sinclair opened things off, with Sinclair kicking out of a fast cover. Sinclair and Ruca swapped holds and reversals, then Ruca attempted a crossface but failed to lock it in.

Sinclair did, however, lock in a single leg crab and was able to follow up with another submission. Sinclair immediately attempted another submit, but Ruca was able to break out with a cover. A collision between the two revealed the future superstar. The next math superstar was Rizzo, who hit the ground running and knocked Sinclair and Ruca down with massive suplexes. Rizzo landed with a blow to Sinclair's head before missing Ruca, however she did hit a major slam into a pin attempt only a few seconds later.

Jaida Parker secured the last elimination

Rica managed to grab an inside cradle on Rizzo, but Rizzo kicked out and knocked Ruca down; nevertheless, Ruca got Rizzo up and to the canvas with a powerslam to secure the first elimination. Ruca and Parker were the final two competitors. Parker countered Ruca's springboard move by slamming her to the ground for a pin, but Ruca threw a fit. Ruca threw Parker to the ground, pinning him, but Parker broke the position by grabbing the lower rope.

Ruca attempted a top take but missed, then suplexed Parker. Jaida Parker secured the last elimination and is now vying with Perez for the title at No Mercy after Rica failed to stop the subsequent attack and was struck hard by a powerful hip charge.
