In 2014, Brock Lesnar was up against John Cena at SummerSlam for the world title. It is remembered to date in the way the beast dominated his opponent. It was a squash match and Brock made the most of his momentum following a WrestleMania win against The Undertaker to end the streak. Lesnar delivered a whopping 16 German Suplexes to Cena.
It was the match that marked the birth of the 'Suplex City'. As Brock beat the Undertaker to end the streak of 21 wins at WrestleMania, Brock had only an upward curve to go in his career. Hence, John had to not just sacrifice his belt, but also make Lesnar look too strong. The best way to get it done was to hand a thumping win to the beast.

Stone Cold Steve Austin had a plan for the match. He asked Brock to deliver as many German Suplexes as possible till he got tired. The match between the two turned out to be arguably the biggest squash in the history of the company. Cena gave little to no fight to Lesnar to make him look good. Many were unhappy with the way Brock Lesnar beat John back in time.
The birth of the Suplex City
John promised to bring out a version of himself he wasn't proud of. He claimed it to be a necessity to take out the beast. With the same intensity, he started the match. However, Brock recovered well and launched the attack on the star wrestler. Once it started, there was no stopping. One kid in the arena supported John Cena throughout the match.
The chants of "Let's go Cena" were silenced by Beast who delivered one German Suplex after the other till he got tired. For a brief period, Cena fought back and attempted an Attitude Adjustment. But Lesnar kicked out and continued to Suplex Cena. One section of the crowd started the chants of 'Suplex City' before Lesnar delivered 16 of them to pin Cena.
