Jack Perry addressed the Open Challenge of Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Championship on Dynamite. The Elite's member cut a promo and presented on the big TV before attacking the world champion from behind. Jack claimed to retire Bryan at 'All Out' and held on to the TNT Championship and the AEW World Championship at the same time. In the process, he sent a message to Bryan.
The segment started with Bryan Danielson speaking about his AEW contract and retirement. The star wrestler confirmed that his contract with the company ended on 1st August. Bryan admitted that his neck wasn't in the best condition and needed surgery. However, Danielson promised to be a fighting champion and hoped to defend his title as long as possible.

The former WWE Superstar threw a challenge at the entire locker room to try and beat him at 'All Out'. It was soon answered by Perry who cut a promo and released it on the big screen. Perry reminded Danielson about the last time they fought against each other in any kind of match. The Elite member said he beat Bryan in the Anarchy in the Arena match.

Jack Perry said that no one believed him and wanted him to be ignored by everyone. Perry claimed that he was not welcomed by anyone and hence had to take out the likes of Tony Khan, Kenny Omega, and others to create his own chances. Jack said he became the TNT Champion and would similarly dethrone Bryan. He did not stop there but went on to add that he would retire Danielson at AEW 'All Out'.
Just when Bryan was about to comprehend it, Perry attacked him from behind. The star wrestler delivered a big knee and took Danielson out. He took the World title and held on to it with the TNT Championship in his other hand. In the process, Perry sent a message that 'All-Out' would witness him retiring Bryan from AEW and Wrestling.
