AEW's Kenny Omega claims to have sacrificed his physical and mental health to entertain fans

Kenny Omega was in an interview recently where he spoke about the challenges of being a wrestler despite being prone to injuries. The star wrestler claimed that his only goal was to entertain the fans and was ready to go to any extent for it. The AEW Star claimed to have sacrificed his physical and mental health to entertain the fans.

Kenny Omega described his process of telling the story to the fans. He claimed that the discussion with everyone involved would be to think the ways of making the story, and the entrance of a wrestler work. He claimed the discussion was about the video format of the entrances, feeding the extras and talents, their health, and so on.

"I'm at the arena days before trying to figure out, 'How are we gonna make this work? How do we make this guy's entrance work? How do we make sure all of the entrance videos are formatted? How do we make sure that the extras and the talents are fed? How do we make sure that they're healthy? How do we make sure that we keep them healthy? What do we do if something goes wrong?'" said Omega in the interview.

The star wrestler recently returned to NJPW. He announced that he would fight a young wrestler at Wrestle Dynasty on the 5th of January 2025. He also claimed to have unfinished business with the Elite members like the Young Bucks and Jack Perry.

Omega added that his aim was to unite the Wrestling fans around the world. He hoped the people who have not seen Wrestling to find a new love. In order to do it, Kenny claimed to have sacrificed his physical and mental health.

"I just wanted to help unite people all over the world, lovers of professional wrestling. People that have never watched wrestling and maybe could find a love for it and you know, did I sacrifice a bit of my physical and mental health for it? Sure," added Omega.
