Kenny Omega spotted training for AEW comeback

After a lengthy public break, Kota Ibushi and Kenny Omega of AEW have officially reconciled. The images provide an early glimpse at Omega's recuperation from his serious health crisis, which has prevented him from competing since last December. In the two images, taken at Ibushi's training facility in Japan, the lifelong friends are shown standing for the camera with Omega's recognizable callout. 

They appear to be having a great time holding up their drinks in the second picture. "Domination of the world is just a few days away," Ibushi stated on Instagram. "After a long period, had a wonderful practice. We are far from finished yet. AEW next!!" Omega travels to Japan frequently for a variety of reasons, including video gaming festivals. The Tokyo Game Show is set to start next week, which may be the primary reason for his current trip.

Regarding Ibushi, he has recovered from his injuries, but many are curious as to when he will return to AEW. He clarified that it will rely on Omega. Omega had a serious case of diverticulitis in December, which he believes would have been fatal if he had waited longer to receive treatment. Fans questioned whether the "Best Bout Machine" was all right after he looked messed up in the ring with Chris Jericho during one of his final outings at the moment.

He appeared to be in excellent health

He made every effort to recover on his own after being taken to the hospital, but the medical staff became worried about his condition. He thus made a comeback on AEW Dynamite to address the audience and provide a health update. At that moment, he was ambushed by his "friends" in The Elite, who specifically targeted his damaged stomach.

Since Kenny Omega is quite discreet about his personal life, there haven't been many updates on his surgical recovery. He appeared to be in excellent health and spirits when he was recently seen posing for pictures with admirers.
