Both players are options, provided that the club has the necessary funds and roster space as the transfer market progresses.

With the departures of Willy Kambwala and Raphael Varane, Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag may be able to sign two central defenders during the summer; other departures would likely boost that possibility. Yoro's transfer comes as Lille finds themselves in a challenging position since he has one year remaining on his contract and can speak with teams outside of France starting in January. Yoro completed 41 appearances for the Ligue 1 team in all competitions last season, tallying three goals.

Over the past two seasons, Sergio Reguilon and Marcel Sabitzer have held this number but both of them were loanees at the club earlier. Therefore, the number 15 is currently available and he might don that at Manchester United this season.
