Watch: Son Heung Min picks Mo Salah as the best over everyone

Tottenham Hotspurs are on the cusp of a terrible season. The Premier League side has already recorded 15 losses this season in 29 games. The captain of the side, Son Heung Min, has faced stark criticism from the fans for such a dismal performance.

In a recent interview with Goal, Asian football sensation Son Heung Min shared his pick amongst the greats of the game. The lightning-quick winger chose his best amongst the likes of Neymar Junior, Eden Hazard, Ronaldinho and Mohammad Salah.

Son Heung Min picks Salah over everyone 

South Korea's current leading goal scorer, Son Heung Min, didn't hesitate to pick the best footballers amongst the names provided during the interview. The names included Neymar Junior, Gareth Bale, Arjen Robben, Eden Hazard, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Mohammad Salah, Son Heung Min.

South Korea's skipper chose Neymar Junior over Garth Bale, Eden Hazard over Robben and Ronaldinho over David Beckham. He was very quick to eliminate himself and chose Mohammad Salah in a show of respect. In the final rounds, Son chose Neymar Junior over Eden Hazard and Mohmmad Salah over Ronaldinho. Son then shockingly picked Mohammad Salah over Neymar Junior as a better player.

Son Heung Min is set to represent his country in FIFA World Cup qualifier fixtures against Oman and Jordan. Victory in both matches will ensure South Korea, a spot in the mega football extravaganza in 2026. 

Son Heung Min has made 329 appearances for Tottenham Hotspurs since joining the Premier League club in 2015 from Bayer Leverkusen. He has netted a record 160 goals for the Spurs, as he stands fourth in the list of the club's highest goal scorers.
