WATCH: Piers Morgan claims Cristiano Ronaldo's goal was 'robbed' during Al Nassr game

After Al Nassr's triumph on Sunday, Cristiano Ronaldo was still furious despite scoring his 20th goal of the season. The Saudi Pro League defeated Al Fateh 3-1 at home, with the 39-year-old scoring the game's last goal. However, after hitting the ball into the net once again, he had the chance to have a second.

But after Ronaldo was ruled offside, the referees ignored his attempt. Ronaldo, 39, scored and had another goal disallowed in the victory on Sunday, but he was incensed that he was not awarded a second goal when it was decided that he was offside. 

Ronaldo, 39, was furious that he was not given a second goal when it was determined that he was offside, although he did score and had another goal disallowed in the triumph on Sunday. Following social media videos of the Portugal international screaming down the camera, Piers Morgan hugged the veteran after the game, saying his buddy had been "robbed" of a valid goal.

After the game, Ronaldo was met by Morgan, who called it "ridiculous" that he had been "robbed." Ronaldo concurred that it would have been a "beautiful" goal for him. Ronaldo replied: "They don't like me to score goals," before Morgan branded the decision 'ridiculous'.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 920 goal of his career

Al Nassr scored his 20th goal of the season and his 920th career goal when the shot did stand for Ronaldo. They now sit third in the table, eight points behind Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad, who are joint leaders. With 14 of those goals in the Saudi Pro League, he leads the league in scoring, surpassing former teammate Karim Benzema.

Ronaldo is probably going to play again on Thursday when Al Nassr travels to Al Raed, who are in danger of relegation, in the Saudi Pro League. After 17 games, Al Nassr is still in third place in the standings, eight points behind Al Hilal and Al Ittihad despite having played more games.
