Pep Guardiola cemented Kevin's decision to bid farewell to Manchester City as he revealed that there was no offer on the table for the veteran playmaker.
“The decision has been made for the club; the club is the club. This is what it is." Pep said.
"In the end this is a business; the players have to perform well and a manager has to perform well." Pep added.
