Coulson scored a wonderful 100-yard goal
Coulson had netted two goals for his team when Hornchurch got a corner in the dying minutes of the game. Hornchurch sent all their players, including their goalkeeper, into the penalty area to get a goal off a final corner kick.
This meant Hornchurch's goal was left wide open in their pursuit of scoring. The team took the free-kick but it failed to land on any of its players. Rather, Luke received the ball and cleared it away towards Hornchurch's goal.
With only seconds left on the clock, he kicked the ball out of his team's box toward the opposite end of the pitch. Notably, the ball continued its trajectory toward Hornchurch's goal.
Despite being almost 100 yards away, the kick had the power to propel the ball towards the opposition's goal. Hornchurch's players sprinted to save the inevitable but failed as the ball rolled into their goal.
Some Fans who watched the goal online on social media even asked the club to submit it as a nomination for the Puskas Award this season.
