A golden trophy designed in partnership with Tiffany & Co. for the controversial and recently enlarged Club World Cup was revealed by FIFA on Thursday. Next year, the victors of the competition in the United States will take the trophy, which has a 24-carat gold plating finish.
FIFA sees a long-term future for the competition, even in the face of a strong response from players' unions and leagues. The trophy provides room to engrave the winning teams' symbols for the following ninety-six years. The trophy appears to be a set of discs that may change from a shield to a "multifaceted and orbital structure," according to images made public by the international governing body of soccer.

FIFA's symbol is displayed in gold typography on a black plinth, and it has engravings in 13 languages and Braille. According to FIFA, there is room to engrave the logos of the 24 winners of the event, which is held every four years.
FIFA Club World's first edition will take place in the United States
Rodri, the winner of this year's Ballon d'Or, stated in September that players were on the verge of going on strike due to the excessive amount of games they were required to play. Additionally, FIFPRO's European division joined forces with domestic leagues last month to contest FIFA's decision to introduce larger and new men's events to the European Union.
The top clubs in Europe, however, have embraced the new format, and FIFA anticipates that it will join the Premier League and Champions League as one of the biggest club championships in the world. FIFA has revised the tournament for 2025, and 32 teams will compete. The first game will take place in Miami, and it will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13.
