AC Milan's coach, Sergio Conceicao, and team captain, Davide Calabria, were embroiled in a heated argument that required intervention at full-time following the Rossoneri's thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over Parma in Serie A on Sunday afternoon.
The match at San Siro proved to be wildly chaotic, with Milan falling behind on two occasions against relegation-threatened Parma. With just a single minute remaining in regulation, they found themselves trailing 2-1. However, they rallied to secure a dramatic 3-2 win, having the ball in the back of the net a total of four times by the end of the match.
Milan showed their resilience by executing a remarkable comeback in the final minutes of stoppage time, marking the fourth time they have turned around a losing position in the six matches since Conceicao took over. However, this intense match also sparked some heated altercations among the players on the pitch full-time.
Captain and Coach involve in a heated altercation
The reason for the disagreement remains unclear at this time; however, it was noted that Conceicao quickly approached his captain to express his feelings immediately after the final whistle.
The two men were on the verge of a physical altercation in the middle of the field and had to be forcibly separated by staff members. This shocking incident is already making waves on social media.
Youssef Fofana intervened to guide the coach away from the cameras, while Calabria was also redirected by a teammate to diffuse the situation.
