Viktor Gyökeres is all set to move to Arsenal, as the two sides came to an agreement after a long round of discussion. The star player will get €63.5m plus an additional €10m in the new contract. Manchester United have suffered a major blow for their pre-season tour, as key players like Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Harry Maguire, and others are set to miss out.

Popular Football reporter, Fabrizio Romano, took to X and confirmed the deal between Arsenal and Viktor. He claimed that the verbal agreement is in process between the two parties. In order to reduce commission, an additional €10m will be paid along with the agreed price of €63.5m for a period of five years.

"BREAKING: Viktor Gyökeres to Arsenal, here we go! Verbal agreement in place between all parties involved. Sporting accept last bid from Arsenal for €63.5m plus €10m; agent will reduce his commission. Gyökeres will sign a five-year deal at #AFC. He ONLY wanted Arsenal," wrote Fabrizio on X and claimed that Viktor wanted to move only to Arsenal.

In another post on X, he claimed that Manchester United have left out the likes of Alejandro Garnacho, Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia in the pre-season tour. Likewise, Harry Maguire has opted out of the tournament due to personal reasons, but is expected to join the squad soon. All of Garnacho, Sancho, Antony, and Malacia will be up for sale.

"Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia all left OUT of Manchester United squad for pre-season tour. Harry Maguire is also not with the team, but only due to personal reasons. He will be back soon. Sancho, Garnacho, Antony, and Malacia all up for sale," Romano wrote on X.
