Trent Alexander Arnold fuels rumours of joining Real Madrid with a drastic move

Liverpool's trusted full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has declined the club's contract offer as he moves closer fueling the speculations of a potential transfer to Real Madrid.

The England international has been a subject of interest for a transfer to Los Blancos for some time now. Recent reports suggest that a move to the Spanish giants is likely, which would see him reunite with his national side teammate Jude Bellingham at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Trent's departure may have implications on the re-signings of the other two important players of Slot's squad - Virgil Van Dijk and Mo Salah. Both of their contracts are set to expire this season. Mo Salah has already hinted at leaving Anfield in one of his interviews last year when he addressed the current season as his 'last season of contract with Liverpool.'
