Three players who can win the UCL Golden Boot

Viktor Gyokeres

1 Victor

The Sweden international has continued where he left off last season, scoring 43 goals in 50 games for Sporting. Despite appearing in just six games for the Portuguese powerhouses, he has already scored eight goals in the league this season. The 25-year-old striker had a fantastic first season in Portugal, helping his side win the league. Gyokeres is the leading scorer in the Portuguese first division and the player with the most goal contributions with 27 goals and 10 assists.

Benjamin Sesko

2 Sesko

One of the most sought-after players in European football at the age of 21, is the striker for the Slovenia national team. He scored 18 goals in a single season for Red Bull Salzburg in 2022–2023 and then equaled that total in his first season in Germany. It's unclear if Sesko will join one of the greatest strikers in the game, Haaland, in the Premier League, although the Manchester City front spent 2.5 years honing his craft at Borussia Dortmund. Sesko is expected to stay at RB Leipzig for at least another year after learning on June 11 that his contract had been extended. After that, he could try to duplicate Haaland's achievements.

Jonathan David

3 David

Jonathan David began playing with the French club in 2021 and has since made 190 appearances for them. Over the previous three years, he has tallied 87 goals and 20 assists. David has had a successful club career in addition to 54 appearances and 28 goals in 54 international matches. Under Jesse Marsch's guidance, he has been revitalized and is now a key member of his squad.
