Rasmus Hojlund mocks Kyle Walker after Manchester United's victory in the derby

Rasmus Hojlund recently took to social media to deliver a cheeky jab at Kyle Walker after the Manchester derby.

United emerged victorious, claiming bragging rights over their fierce rivals on Sunday, thanks to a thrilling comeback inspired by Amad Diallo in the final moments of the match.

The recent outcome adds to the challenges City has faced, as they have only managed one win in their last 11 matches across all competitions. After the victory, Hojlund took the opportunity to address an incident involving City captain Walker that occurred during the game.

Following City's opening goal by Josko Gvardiol, Walker fouled Hojlund while he was attempting a counterattack. The two players had a heated altercation on the pitch, exchanging a few words before Walker went down.

Walker's theatrical dive onto the turf was rightfully condemned by Roy Keane at halftime, with the former United captain branding the full-back's actions as nothing short of embarrassing.

Hojlund's caption on Instagram after the match read, "Manchester United is red Violets are blue What a brilliant performance But the Oscar goes to."

The incident arose from a foul by Walker on Hojlund, which ignited a furious response from the Dane. Tensions escalated into a melee involving players from both teams, leading referee Anthony Taylor to issue bookings to both Walker and Hojlund.

The victory ensured Manchester United didn't lose three fixtures on a trot. However, they still sit at the 13th spot in the standings.
