Liverpool is already out of the English Premier League title race, since the announcement of Jurgen Klopp's departure from the club the side who was competing for a possible quadruple has been knocked out of every competition and league they were part of. The side has missed the most big chances than any other club in Europe in the ongoing season. However, they are placed third in the league table with 75 points. They will be up against Tottenham Hotspur in their upcoming fixture on Sunday at Anfield.

The North London side were the favourites to secure the 4th spot in the UEFA Champions League, however, they are seven points behind the spot with one game in hand. Ange Postecoglou's side brilliantly started the campaign, but they could not perform the same consistently in the toughest league in the world.

They have dropped points in their last two fixtures losing the North London derby at home against Arsenal and losing against 8th-place Chelsea last night. They will travel to Anfield where their record is not very good as they have won eight times at Anfield across 88 face-offs against the Reds and drawing 25 times. The side will look to bounce back from the upcoming game on the weekend.

Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur: Prediction

The Reds management has already got the replacement of Klopp for the upcoming season. Feyenoord's head coach Arne Slot will take charge of the club from the 2024/25 season. There might be a lot of changes that the side might go through after the exit of the German manager. However, after a 2-2 draw against West Ham United, they will look back for the winning ways on Sunday.

For Spurs this game will be a final as they have some mathematical chance of qualifying for the UCL next season, the side needs to get full points from the side. Heung-min Son who has been a standout performer for the side as the Korean winger has scored 16 goals and has 9 assists to his name in the PL. He will look to do some magic at Anfield as the last time they met at Anfield it was 7 goal thriller with the home side edging out and winning 4-3.
