Kyle Walker plans to build lavish mansion in an attempt to save his marriage

Kyle Walker, the Manchester City star, and his wife, Annie Kilner, are in the process of creating a dream mansion as they navigate their future together. Following recent controversies in their personal lives, including Walker's children and Lauryn Goodman, Kilner had initiated divorce proceedings, which began in the autumn of 2024. 

As part of this transition, she is expected to receive half of Walker's estimated £27 million fortune, allowing her to start a new chapter in her life.

The Walkers, however, chose to spend Christmas together as a family, postponing any thoughts of parting ways for the time being. Instead, they are focusing on plans for a new adventure outside the Premier League, as experienced full-back Walker's potential move to Serie A giants AC Milan has been a topic of speculation.

Some sources have shared plans for the Walker household, which include the construction of a stunning new home. 

Kilner is eager to distance herself from the ongoing drama generated by Goodman and is reportedly planning a getaway to Italy before eventually returning home, as a source revealed to Heat.

Annie has decided that she and the boys will stand by Kyle’s side as he concludes his career abroad. They are also in the process of having their dream home built between Manchester and Sheffield, a project that will take a couple of years to complete. This presents them with the ideal opportunity to move abroad, distance themselves from Lauryn, focus on their marriage, and embark on a fresh start.

“Annie wants them to be one big family, and if they can escape Lauryn, then they stand a chance. If they can get through living abroad, they can come back to their dream mansion and finally start enjoying life in England again. They both know Kyle will always financially support his children with Lauryn, and they both feel strong enough to deal with her antics. Kyle is really the one to blame for a lot of this, but Annie has seen he is remorseful and knows that he does love her and the boys, so this move could be the making of them,” a source stated.

Walker is reportedly transitioning to a loan-to-buy arrangement with San Siro, with a medical scheduled in Italy.
