Teun Koopmeiners, Juventus' top midfield prospect for this summer's transfer window, is the attention of the club and its director Cristiano Giuntoli. Douglas Luiz, Khephren Thuram, and Michele Di Gregorio have all been added to the squad, and Koopmeiners is the next important element. The Dutch midfielder has been courted by the Bianconeri for months, and his move to Turin has already been approved.

According to reports, Koopmeiners is waiting for Juventus to make a formal offer before rejecting down approaches from Premier League teams, especially Liverpool. Juventus must move fast to complete the deal with Atalanta, though, as the asking price is the primary roadblock to this trade.

Koopmeiners is valued at approximately €60 million by Atalanta, while Juventus wants to keep the price closer to €40–45 million. It will take negotiations to establish a compromise that pleases both sides. The more Juventus waits, the hazier the issue gets and the more likely it is that other clubs will make a move or Koopmeiners' interest will wane.

Anticipating Koopmeiners' exit, Atalanta had already selected Matthew Sean O'Riley, a 20-year-old English playmaker who plays for Celtic, to be his replacement. They made an initial approach of €15 million for O'Riley, but it was turned down. Celtic is supposedly holding in for €30 million, while Atalanta is set to come back with a better offer of about €20 million plus bonuses.

Will Federico Chiesa stay at Juventus or join another club this summer?

This past summer, Federico Chiesa was regularly mentioned as a top transfer target for Roma. There seems to be a brief pause before things start to get heated up again. According to reports, Juventus is going to stay quiet about Federico Chiesa's future until the end of this month.

For the time being, Juventus plans to wait until the player responds to Roma's proposal, which he got some time ago, but by July 31st at the latest. Roma and Juventus have cordial relations, and the Bianconeri seem happy with the Giallorossi's offer.
