Jadon Sancho sends out warm message to Borussia Dortmund veteran Marco Reus

Marco Reus has declared that he will leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer following 12 years, with sources indicating that he hopes to make the jump to Major League Soccer. Sancho is also set to depart Dortmund this summer, returning to Manchester United at the end of his loan stay, and the player from England has messaged his teammate on Instagram.

Sancho and Reus played combined 107 times in total, with only custodian Roman Burki playing with him more frequently, and they achieved the DFB-Pokal alongside one another in 2020-21. Reus additionally claimed the DFB-Pokal in 2016-17, although the pair may surpass that before this summer, with Dortmund set to face Real Madrid in the final of the UEFA Champions League.

Erik Ten Hag and Jadon Sancho set to be neighbours?

England superstar Jadon Sancho is set for an awkward reunion with Erik ten Hag after splashing out on a gorgeous mansion just around the corner from his manager's home. Sancho is presently under loan at Borussia Dortmund following a high-profile altercation with ten Hag earlier this season.

Ten Hag dropped Sancho, 24, from United's first-team squad for a game against Arsenal in September, blaming him of not having the correct attitude in training. Sancho reacted angrily in an Instagram statement, criticising Ten Hag of using him as a "scapegoat". The £73 million signing was never chosen again by ten Hag and rejoined Dortmund on loan during January.

The duo are now facing an uneasy reunion when Sancho bought a £3.8 million gorgeous new property in Hale, Greater Manchester, just a few minutes' walk from Ten Hag's home. The five-bedroom property includes a heated indoor pool, a cinema room, and a large open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area.
