"I am feeling good, what the future brings I have no idea. Anyone who says they know, they are absolutely wrong," Van Dijk said to SkySports.
As contract negotiations proceed behind closed doors, Liverpool is decisively refocusing its efforts on the FA Cup fourth-round match against Plymouth Argyle scheduled for February 9.
