Willian Estevao and Neymar

With "Messinho" shattering a record previously set by Neymar in Brazil, Chelsea-bound Estevao Willian continues to demonstrate to be a true wonderkid. Teenage sensation Estevao will transfer to west London in July 2025, just after turning 18, thanks to an agreement with the Premier League's biggest teams from Stamford Bridge. The potential value of the move is £56 million ($73 million).

Given that Messinho earned two senior caps with his nation at the age of 17, there is a lot of interest regarding him. He is carrying on the legacy of Endrick, a former Palmeiras teammate who is currently playing for Real Madrid, a major player in La Liga, in Europe.

With the achievements of his renowned countryman Neymar being surpassed in Brazil's Serie A, his reputation in South America is growing. Estevao is now the most prolific U17 player during just one season in the twenty-first century after reaching 17 goal contributions during the 2024 campaign. During his time at Santos in 2009, Neymar recorded a total of 16 goals and assists.

Alongside Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar went on to win La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, and Ligue 1, becoming the most expensive player in global football in the process. Although Estevao will have to contend with stiff competition for wide attacking spots on the Blues' roster, Chelsea will be expecting to see him follow a similar trajectory.

Neymar set to return to action later tonight

After a year-long recuperation from an ACL injury, Neymar Jr. has finally returned to training for Al Hilal of the Saudi Pro League. According to a statement from the team, the 32-year-old Brazilian superstar is now ready for participation ahead of Al Hilal's forthcoming AFC Champions League matchup against UAE Pro League team Al-Ain.

One of the biggest stories in football was Neymar's transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Al Hilal, which cost over €90 million. But after only five games, he was disabled by a catastrophic knee injury, ending his career with the Saudi team. Both his club as well as the Brazil national team will benefit greatly from his return to training.
