Bayern Munich agrees on deal with Fulham to sign star player

German powerhouses Bayern Munich have made an early splash into the summer transfer window. Portugal star Joao Palhina has signed a deal for four years with an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months. The deal is close to around 50 Million euros. 

The transfer was confirmed by Fabrizio Romano on his Instagram handle. The Italian transfer guru wrote, “Joao Palhinia, today in Munich as he signs four-year deal at Bayern. Contract until June 2028 set to be signed as Palhinia already completed medical tests at Bayern last week.”

Fabrizio Romano also wrote, “Fulham will receive 50 Million Euros, Bayern will announce after Olise as a new signing, Johnathan Tah the next target." Bayern Munich are looking to make new signings to their team after losing their Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen. 

Bayern Munich aiming to win back the title 

After losing the Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen there are a lot of changes as far as the team is concerned. Michael Olise has already signed with Bayern Munich after impressing with Crystal Palace. 

After making the signing of Michael Olise, the sporting director of Bayern Munich, Max Eberl said "We want new impetus in our team, new energy, new ideas -– that's what players like Michael Olise stand for, We're very much looking forward to having him here. He will enrich our game."

Meanwhile, Michael Olise who was linked with a move to Chelsea and Manchester United made his first comments since moving to Germany. The young winger said “The talks with FC Bayern were positive, and I am very happy to be playing for such a big club. It is a great challenge and that’s what I was looking for.”

The youngster also said, “I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring we win as many titles as possible with the team in the coming years." As per reports, the youngster has signed a five-year deal with the German giants. 

The addition of Palhinia and the eventual capture of Johnathan Tah is set to make Bayern Munich stronger. As per reports, the Bayer Leverkusen defender is soon set to make his way to the Allianz Arena.
