There have been seven players who have are listed to leave the club at the end of the season. Ahead of the game on the weekend the director of football Edu has dropped his comments over the renewal of contracts of the footballers.

Arsenal will be up against Everton on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium for the final matchday of the English Premier League. The Gunners will be competing in the title race on the last day of the league against Manchester City, who will be playing West Ham United. The North London club has to win against the Merseyside club and look forward to the Sky Blues losing or drawing against the Hammers.

Mikel Arteta's side has performed superbly in the league and has been strong defensively as well with the least goal conceded in the PL season. Ahead of the game, the head coach has been confident in his boys and he hopes that his former coach David Moyes will be able to upset City at the Etihad Stadium. The North London side has one of the best squad depths in England and they will make some changes ahead of the next season.

Previously former Chelsea midfielder Jorginho was rumoured to leave the club as he was not getting enough game time after Arsenal signed Declan Rice from West Ham United, as the latter became the immediate starter with the former coming on from the bench. But amidst all the rumours he will stay at the club till the end of his contract.

The club have made a shortlist of footballers that they are targeting next season, with Joshua Zirkee on their radar. The Dutch striker has been impressive in the season as he helped Italian side Bologna to qualify for the UEFA Champions League after 60 years. There have been other names with Ivan Toney, Viktor Gyokeres, and Marc Guehi also the targets of the club.
