Liverpool and Barca's hot seat will be empty as Jurgen Klopp and Xavi have already decided to leave their respective clubs after the end of the current season. Both clubs have various options in their hand, though the Blaugranes management does not have faith and believes that he is too inexperienced to be the coach of the club. The Reds are going all out for the coach as they need someone to replace Klopp.

Liverpool leading race to sign Amorim?

Barca went out due to financial reasons as there is a €20 million release clause in the coach's contract. While the Portuguese club is willing to negotiate, and any interested team might get him for €15 million, the Catalan giants would not pay that type of money for a new manager.

Portuguese football journalist Tom Kundert spoke, "He’s been absolutely brilliant since he’s been at Sporting. You cannot really kind of overstate the impact that he’s had. If you just look at his record, he’s almost been a bit of a miracle worker."
