Carlo Ancelotti explains Jude Bellingham's recent injury: (X)
Real Madrid's star midfielder, Englishman Jude Bellingham, was seen limping off the pitch after Real Madrid's victory over Rayo Vallecano. Despite the midfielder showing visible signs of concern, Ancelotti asserted to be just a mild 'knock'.
Bellingham was forced to move out of the pitch four minutes before the final whistle against Rayo Vallecano. He was substituted by Brahim Diaz and was visibly distraught as he moved towards the bench.
The Englishman, who plays as a number six for the Galacticos, returned to action after facing a two-match suspension for abusing a match referee in his last appearance at the Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid managed to pull off a victory in that match.

Carlo Ancelotti describes Bellingham's injury as a mild 'knock'
Real Madrid's manager, Carlo Ancelotti, would greatly require his services post-international break. It still remains to be seen whether Bellingham plays for his national side amidst injury concerns. Carlo Ancelotti seems unfazed by Bellingham's condition and claims that Bellingham's injury is not a very serious one.
“Jude Bellingham just has a small knock, nothing serious,” Ancelotti said in a recent media interview.
The Galacticos are set to play against their city rivals, Atletico Madrid, in the second leg of the round of 16 fixtures at the UEFA Champions League. Real Madrid defeated Atletico Madrid in the first leg 2-1 with goals from Rodrygo and Brahim Diaz. They are also set to face Villarreal in their next Laliga fixture on Saturday.
Jude Bellingham is in his second season at Los Blancos. He has made 49 appearances for his club and scored 26 goals so far. He has already won his first Champions League trophy in 2024.
