Prior to the start of the football season, all the teams across Europe have been getting their players ready for the hectic schedule. Pre-season is the best time for the teams to get their players match fit and also give a chance to the youngsters to prove to the manager that they belong at the top level.

Today we would be looking at the ‘Top Six’ Premier League clubs and which player from their team has impressed the most during pre-season. There is a very high chance that the clubs and their managers would look to give them ample opportunities throughout the upcoming season.

Here are 6 players from "Top six" premier League clubs who impressed during pre-season

Arsenal - Reiss Nelson

Reiss Nelson, an Arsenal winger, is one of the most exciting players in North London. Under Mikel Arteta, the 24-year-old was a benchwarmer, but he has shown his mettle in crucial situations and might now be prepared for a starting position in the first squad. With his versatility and ability to start many games given the demanding schedule, he is an excellent asset to the team. Nelson has participated in every preseason game and displayed flashes of his outstanding talent.

Chelsea - Noni Madueke

Before the first game of the season at Stamford Bridge against Manchester City, a number of first team players will be trying to secure their spot in the starting lineup. Noni Madueke, who contributed several goals in the preseason, is one of the players who has already made a strong case. It appears that the club is happy with Noni Madueke's exploits because they haven't really made an attempt to sign somebody else in that position.

Liverpool - Jarrell Quansah

It is none other than homegrown prospect Jarell Quansah, who turned 21 earlier in January, who gives Liverpool the confidence not to throw themselves into the full chase of a decent performer at the position. Because of his quickness, he can play the aggressive brand of center back football that Jürgen Klopp has made popular for Liverpool's center backs. He should also fit in well with Arne Slot's style.

Manchester City - Oscar Bobb

Bobb has looked like the sort of winger Pep Guardiola may envision in his ideal wide player profile throughout the preseason—someone who can skin his full-back, score goals and provide assists in the closing third, and also possess good ball retention. The Manchester City forward possesses qualities that are hard to come by in a winger. If he maintains his current form in the USA into the 2024–2025 campaign, he might start for City the following season.

Manchester United - Amad Diallo

This summer, Amad Diallo was included in Manchester United's preseason roster. Before the tour, he scored twice: once against Real Betis and once against Rangers, his previous loan team. Every time Antony started ahead of him, there was Alejandro Garnacho to compete with since his international service kept him from his holiday, but Ten Hag needs choices to push United up the standings in the upcoming season, and Amad is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Tottenham Hotspur - Archie Gray

Despite playing as a center-back on Tottenham's visit to Scotland, Archie Gray, a naturally talented center-midfielder who frequently started at right-back this past season, still stole the spotlight in the first half. Although he is probably one of the most entertaining players in the English league, Tottenham Hotspur have only made one senior signing thus far. Gray, who is just 18 years old, has already appeared in 52 games in the Whites' competitive league, and he proved to be a standout for Tottenham in the preseason.
