Following a massive success in the BGMI Master Series (BGMS) Season 3, Team Soul faced a huge setback in BMPS despite having some of the top BGMI players in the country. Ahead of the BMPS, iQOO Soul also onboarded NinjaJOD in hopes of securing another LAN trophy. However, the team was eliminated way earlier.
The team was having trouble performing on the same level since the beginning, which was hinted at by 8Bit Thug. In his stream, he said that the team is constantly practising with Ninja to create synergy. This was confirmed by letsgrowesports on X who revealed that Soul Manya also believes they were not able to work as a team.
“Ninja is best. But it's important for four players to understand each other and match their speed/pace. So, there were just a few issues, but for me, he's one of the best. We just couldn't make it work as a team,” Manya said, talking about the situation.
The owner of Team XSpark, ScoutOP also recently told that he is looking for a new team for Ninja and wants the best for him. He also went on to confirm that the current line-up for Team XSpark is also fixed and there will be no changes.

Team synergy remains an important aspect of BGMI
Having a proper understanding between players is crucial in any team-based game. NinjaJOD joined the team just weeks before the tournament, which could be one of the reasons why they were not able to work together as effectively. It is also possible that the team naturally were not able to adapt to each other’s play style, which also resulted in the same.
With all of this, it is safe to say that fans will see NinjaJOD in a different team. Currently, there is no news regarding the team he is joining. Players from Global Esports also recently announced that they will be parting ways with the org after the contract ends. Maybe fans will see NinjaJOD with the new GE line-up.
