With BMPS League Week underway, BGMI teams competing at the event are already under a lot of pressure to give their best and qualify for the next round. Amidst all this, Team Soul fans have been asking the players to stream as usual. 8Bit Thug has now come forward to address the matter, saying the team is playing an important match and needs time to practice.

Team iQOO Soul is one of the many competitors trying to make it into the further rounds of the League Stage and eventually the semis and grand final. However, in order to do this, the team needs to concentrate and practice to give their best.

This came with a cost of less stream time, which left fans anxious to see their favourite player live. As a result, the fans have been pestering 8Bit thug, who is the co-owner of S8ul Esports, to ask them to stream regularly.

Responding to these requests, Thug called out fans, saying what is he supposed to do? “Mai ghar mai ghus k bolu stream krne ko,” (should I enter your house and tell you to stream?) he said in his stream saying he could not force them to steam, especially at a time of such an important tournament.

For those unaware, BMPS is one of the official BGMI tournaments from Krafton India featuring a prize pool of Rs 2 crore. Team Soul has sacrificed their stream time in favour of more practice. The team recently added NinjaJOD, who was previously playing for Team XSpark. To create a better synergy and coordination with the new player, everyone needs to work even harder.

“We as an organization can never force them to grow, they will grow when they want to,” he said, adding that they have been provided everything but rushing them will not do any good. Furthermore, if any issues occur during the steam, people will get a chance to complain.

Thug urged all fans to keep things civil and support the team. If fans are not able to do it via stream, follow them and tag them on Instagram to show your love, which will also boost team morale.

The team managed to secure fourth spot in the BGIS 2024 after which they took home the BGMS Season 3 title. To prove themselves once again, the team need to be even better as the competition grows bigger.
